"T.H.U.G. Mansion is a spiritual and charitable organization dedicated to helping gang members, those recently released from incarceration, and individuals struggling with substance abuse achieve their full potential. Our vision includes offering a range of programs and initiatives to support our members on their journey towards recovery and a better future, including spiritual guidance, a 12 Step-based therapeutic community, life skills training, social enterprise initiatives, community outreach, social support, vocational training and job placement services, educational programs, health and wellness programs, addiction recovery support groups, family support and reunification, and recreational and leisure activities. While we are currently working towards realizing this vision, our current focus is on providing spiritual guidance and support through the 12 Steps and operating our online thrift store as a social enterprise. OUR VISION

Our vision is to create a supportive and transformative community at T.H.U.G. Mansion that helps gang members, those recently released from incarceration, and individuals struggling with substance abuse overcome their challenges and achieve recovery. We aim to provide spiritual guidance, a 12 Step-based therapeutic community, life skills training, and various forms of social support to help our members achieve lasting change. Additionally, we hope to offer vocational training, educational programs, health and wellness services, and recreational and leisure activities to support the overall well-being and success of our community. Through these programs and initiatives, we hope to make a positive impact on the lives of our members and the larger community.

WHAT WE DO

At T.H.U.G. Mansion, we work towards creating a positive impact in the world by helping individuals overcome their challenges and achieve lasting recovery. Our community is made up of ex-gang members, convicts, and individuals struggling with substance abuse who are seeking change and redemption. Through spiritual guidance, community service, and various programs and initiatives, we offer support and guidance to individuals as they work towards a better future. We also strive to make a positive impact in our local community through outreach and engagement. Our goal is to bring people together and create a thriving therapeutic community where individuals can find hope, healing, and a sense of belonging.

At T.H.U.G. Mansion, we are building a community of individuals who are committed to positive change and transformation. Our community includes ex-gang members, ex-convicts, those struggling with addiction, and other individuals who are seeking redemption, healing, and hope. We are a diverse group of people who have experienced a range of challenges and setbacks, but who are united in our desire to create a better future for ourselves and for our communities. We are broken, damaged, and lost, but we are also strong, resilient, and determined. We are committed to supporting each other, building a sense of belonging, and creating a thriving therapeutic community that helps us overcome our challenges and achieve lasting recovery.

Spiritual guidance and the 12 Steps: T.H.U.G. Mansion provides spiritual guidance and support to individuals as they work to live fulfilling lives guided by their values and principles, using the 12 Steps as a framework for recovery.
A 12 Step-based therapeutic community: This is a key program at T.H.U.G. Mansion, in which individuals receive structured and supportive care as they work to overcome their challenges and achieve recovery from addiction, gang involvement, or other issues using the 12 Steps as a guide.
Life skills training: T.H.U.G. Mansion offers classes and workshops to help individuals develop important life skills such as budgeting, communication, job skills, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and more.
Social enterprise initiatives: T.H.U.G. Mansion has various social enterprise initiatives in place to generate funds to support its programs and activities, including an online thrift store, a bakery or cafe, a yard care company, and a moving company. The organization may also offer window washing services and other initiatives to support its members and their recovery. These programs not only provide financial support for T.H.U.G. Mansion's recovery programs, but also offer valuable skills training and employment opportunities for its members.
Community outreach and engagement: T.H.U.G. Mansion has programs to reach out to and engage with the local community through volunteering, community service projects, or educational events. These programs may include opportunities for members who are doing well in the program to speak to youth at schools, juvenile detention centers, and other community organizations about their experiences and the importance of recovery.
Social support: T.H.U.G. Mansion offers various forms of social support to its members, including peer support groups and mentorship programs. These programs may be structured to provide support from individuals who have experienced similar challenges, such as gang members helping gang members or alcoholics helping alcoholics.
Vocational training and job placement services: T.H.U.G. Mansion could offer vocational training and job placement services to help its members gain the skills and experience they need to secure stable employment.
Educational programs: T.H.U.G. Mansion could also offer educational programs to help its members improve their academic skills and pursue higher education. This could include tutoring or GED classes for those who have not completed high school, as well as college preparation and enrollment assistance for those who want to pursue a college degree.
Health and wellness programs: T.H.U.G. Mansion could offer health and wellness programs to help its members improve their physical and mental health. This could include exercise and nutrition classes, stress management techniques, or access to mental health resources such as counseling or therapy.
Addiction recovery support groups: T.H.U.G. Mansion could offer addiction recovery support groups to help its members maintain their recovery from substance abuse. These groups could provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to share their experiences and challenges, and to offer and receive support from others who are also in recovery.
Family support and reunification: T.H.U.G. Mansion could offer programs to help its members repair relationships with their families and build stronger, healthier family bonds. This could include family therapy, parenting classes, or other support and resources to help families work through any challenges they may be facing.
Recreational and leisure activities: T.H.U.G. Mansion could offer recreational and leisure activities as a way for its members to relax, have fun, and build social connections with each other. This could include sports, games, hobbies, or other activities that members are interested in."
